Elm Creek Landscape and Design LLC was established in 2010 in Bixby, OK by Brian Schroeder. Since then, we have been helping Tulsa area homeowners make the most of their properties in a variety of ways.
We are a small company with a focus on landscape design and bed maintenance for residential and commercial properties. We also focus on Tulsa landscape lighting, Tulsa landscaping and Tulsa outdoor lighting. Our vision is to be recognized for quality, value, creativity and efficient delivery of professional installation and landscape management services.
In 2012, we expanded in order to offer residential and commercial landscape design, maintenance and installation as well as lawn maintenance, leaf removal, and outdoor lighting on both residential and commercial properties.
At Elm Creek Landscape and Design, we take pride in our landscaping and servicing the greater Tulsa area with integrity and a solid work ethic. Our goal is to exceed client expectations by providing the best quality landscape design and management service.

Brian Schroeder – Owner, Designer / Manager: Landscape Design, Maintenance, and Installation.
Brian has been working in the Green Industry going on 14 years. He started as a landscape contractor part-time while in high school. After graduating from Metro Christian Academy in 2004, he attended Rogers State University and Northeastern State University where he played on the baseball teams while earning his education. He continued to work as a landscape contractor during the summer months and in between semesters. He returned home to Tulsa in 2007 to finish school and work full-time as a landscape contractor. He graduated from Oklahoma State University’s Spears School of Business in 2010 with degrees in Business Administration and Marketing, and started Elm Creek Landscape and Design soon after. Brian continues to educate himself on the best horticulture practices by attending workshops, seminars, and reading as much as possible on the ever changing world of landscape design and maintenance. He married his fiance Grace, who is a Registered Nurse in St. Francis’ ICU, in September of 2015 and the two reside in Bixby.

Charlie Kilgore – Manager: Lawn Maintenance and Service
Charlie is a long time friend, colleague, and even teammate of Brian. He also graduated from Metro Christian Academy in 2004 and the two played baseball at Northeastern State University. Charlie entered the Green Industry working with TruGreen while still in high school. When he returned home to Tulsa, he began working with Brian as a landscape contractor. Once Elm Creek Landscape and Design became a reality, Charlie was the first employee and is now Elm Creek’s Lawn Maintenance Manager. Charlie has more than 12 years of experience working in the lawn and landscape maintenance field.
